A dozen people attended the Tea&Coffee Cocktail Tasting which took place on Friday, 6 October afternoon at the Espresso Martini Cocktail Bar outside Brussels.
Participants tasted 3 cocktails and 3 mocktails with tea and botanicals bases and savored coffee cocktails.

NaughTEA Jasmine
Quantities for one serving (one cocktail glass)

30 ml white rhum

15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

15 ml sugar syrup
Decoration: lemon zest and Camellia Sinensis flowers​

For a stronger taste: you can infuse the rhum with jasmine tea by warming the rhum and infusing the tea for 3-4 minutes. Otherwise, you could brew the tea by infusing it in cold water and leaving it in the fridge during the night.

For a stronger taste: you can infuse the gin with the Black Tea Earl Grey by warming and infusing the gin with the tea for 3-4 minutes. Otherwise, you could brew the tea by infusing it in cold water and leaving it in the fridge during the night.

Preparation:
1 tbsp for 1,75dl water (at 75°C). Briefly steep and taste. If the tea is not strong enough, let it steep another 30 seconds. You can reuse a portion of green tea up to 3-4 times
