In June 2025, WanderlusTea began collaborating with Tea The Moment,
A Dutch-based Japanese tea company founded by Akira Hayashi and Francis.
Rooted in Japanese tea culture and guided by the philosophy of "Ichi-go Ichi-e" (one encounter, one moment), Tea The Moment focuses on making high-quality Japanese tea and matcha accessible to both consumers and businesses.
What makes Tea The Moment unique is its commitment to combining authenticity, affordability, and human connection. Rather than treating matcha as a luxury reserved for a few, Akira and Francis believe tea should be part of everyday life—a moment of pause, connection, and wellbeing.
Together, we aim to bring exceptional Japanese tea experiences to more people across Europe while supporting businesses seeking quality, transparency, and meaningful stories behind the products they serve.

Since June 2025, I have been collaborating with Akira and Francis to introduce Tea The Moment's Japanese teas and matcha to cafés, tea houses, hospitality professionals, retailers, and workplaces across Europe.
What immediately resonated with me was their commitment to making high-quality Japanese tea both accessible and meaningful.
