Through a guided tasting of six distinct teas — from floral Four Seasons to honeyed Oriental Beauty — you’ll explore how terroir, elevation, and processing create unique expressions of flavour and aroma. You’ll also taste traditional Taiwanese sweets thoughtfully paired with the teas to highlight their nuances.
