Guided by Lorela, founder of Wanderlustea, you’ll discover how terroir, processing, and craftsmanship shape Taiwan’s most intriguing teas — from lightly oxidised Baozhong to unique GABA oolongs and beyond. To complement the tasting, Tina, chef & owner of JIATÉ, will prepare authentic savoury Taiwanese snacks such as scallion biscuits and other classics that reflect everyday flavours from Taiwan’s tea tables and night markets. This intimate workshop is designed to slow you down, open your senses, and let you connect with tea as both a cultural ritual and a culinary art.
