🌴 Aloha, Summer! Hawaiian Tea Tasting & Poke Pairing 🌺
Celebrate the start of summer with a tropical twist! Join us for a Hawaiian Tea Tasting featuring three unique teas grown and sourced directly from the volcanic soils of Hawaii to learn about this unknown terroir and their tea production.
Some teas will be cold-brewed to bring out their refreshing island character, while others will be served hot. All will be paired with a signature canapé-style poke bowl tasting, designed to complement the vibrant flavour profiles of the teas.
✨ What to Expect:
🌸A tasting of 3 Hawaiian-grown teas (cold & hot brews): Black tea with coconut & cacao nibs, Green Tea and Vulcanic Oolong plus two surprise teas.
