In collaboration with Studio OM - Brussels, I will be hosting a matcha tasting before the workshop that will be flowing into partner yoga and ancient energetic partner massage to deepen trust, release tension, and restore balance.
As part of this intimate journey, I’ll open the space with a ceremonial matcha tasting — a slow ritual to ground, connect, and awaken the senses. Through the deep green of the bowl and the quiet focus of the brew, we’ll honour matcha not only as a drink, but as a doorway to presence, intimacy, and shared reflection.
